Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Rock! Becoming a volunteer is a 2-step process. Step # 1 is filling out this form. Step #2 is completing your livescan. At no cost to you, livescan is required to volunteer. The link to the required livescan form will be emailed to you right after this form is submitted!

**Livescan Requirement** *

At no cost to you, livescan is required to volunteer. All of our volunteers must clear a background check (via prepaid Livescan fingerprinting).
